Why we started
We spent years inside billing operations watching the same pattern: a five-provider clinic writing off claims a large group would have collected, because nobody owned the follow-up. The work was not complicated. It was unassigned.
SparkEdgeInsights was built to take that ownership. Certified coders read your documentation, billers submit and post daily, and a named lead answers for the numbers on your monthly report.
